The Swedes are magical people who live in a magical land. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I want Sweden to take over the world. I suggest they start with Italy to obliterate its misogynistic "velina" culture, followed by the muzzling of Berlusconi. Henceforth, everything would be sooooooo pretty. Kicki Möller's lace-based lamps have got to be one of the most beautiful creations.

Almost two years ago, I bought an A-light and have never tired of its sheer loveliness. If it weren't for the current Canadian currency, the shipping charges, the duty fees, and the neverending doctoral applications and fees [which should also explain my incessant need to blog and procrastinate], I'd buy more of them. via re-surface
