No. 56 The insanely talented photographer / filmmaker Tristan Hutchinson has graciously allowed me to feature him as artist of the week. My encounters with art have generally left me at a distance. I'm too aware of the buffers that exist between the art itself, the artist, and the art-seeker. Yet Tristan's photographs with their sublime dreamlike expansive qualities, leaves me believing that I'm about to embark on a wonderful journey.
